To use the Fast Frames - Filmoplast should be placed on the underside of the frame. The top layer of the filmoplast is then removed exposing the adhesive backing. Place the garment area to be embroidered onto the sticky backing. Any item that will lay down flat in the stitching area can be embroidered. Rotation of a design may be necessary in some cases e.g. the back arch of a cap.
